My diet blog, how fun.

Basically I'm making this to help me with my diet and give me something to do if I crave shit food.

What I’ve ate today

Breakfast - low fat yogurt = 93 calories

Lunch - Chicken Noodle Soup = 51 calories

All together = 144 calories

I know that’s way too little but I couldn’t work out today so I decided to eat as little as possible.

I remember when my hip bones looked like this, that was great I’m so going to get them back to looking like that.
